A great Customer Service Specialist is someone who: Loves people & building relationships, Is a strong communicator, driven to solve problems, and book appointments, strives to "get and keep customers", and is a strong problem solver.
Customer service experience is required, including telecommunications in the form of: Inbound phone calls, Outbound phone calls, Chats, emailing, etc. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE is not required and will be trained in house.
Performance pay bonuses range from $15,000 - $25,000 annually based on customer bookings, sales, client satisfaction, etc. THIS IS ON TOP OF SALARY!!

Responsibilities Include:
- Talking to customers via inbound phone calls and booking service, sales, and maintenance appointments based on customer needs/wants
- Making outbound calls to book in maintenance and/or following up on customer experience
- Scanning daily job board and making sure things are flowing smoothly with field technicians and appointments
- Discussing concerns with clients and working to resolve those concerns in a timely manner, leaving the customer happier
- Aiming to achieve benchmarks and goals set forth related to: Customer experience, Booking experience, follow up experience.
- Performing each and every task with with one single goal of delighting EVERY customer
- Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up with leads, past clients, and referrals
- Book appointments confidently and accurately
- Hit your daily target of 20 - 25 qualified leads on the board to be effective in this role
- Maintain clear call notes and update the CRM system
- Represent our brand with energy, integrity, and professionalism

Pay: $64,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
