Looking for a staff to join our team, ideally looking for someone who is able to do the nights. Sunday to Thursday we open till 11 pm, Friday and Saturday's we open till midnight.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring he their needs are met with professionalism and care. This position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage with customer in a welcoming environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries or requests.
- Manage cash handling processes accurately during transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area to enhance guest experience.
- Engage with customers through activities, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Skills
- Experience working with children, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Strong guest services skills, with the ability to create a positive experience for all visitors.
- Excellent customer service abilities, including effective communication and problem-solving skills.
During the fall months, looking mainly for someone to be able to work evening weekend shifts. Usually Friday 5 pm till we close around 11pm. Saturdays 5pm- midnight.
