Pure North Cannabis Co. is an independent premium cannabis retailer focused on providing exceptional customer experiences, curated product selection, and industry-leading cannabis knowledge.
We are looking for a highly motivated cannabis professional who can contribute beyond the sales floor. This role combines cannabis retail expertise with digital operations, data analysis, merchandising, and e-commerce management.
Responsibilities
Retail Operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cannabis recommendations
- Assist with inventory management and product merchandising
- Maintain AGCO and Cannabis Act compliance
- Train and mentor junior budtenders
- Support store operations and opening/closing procedures
Data & Analytics
- Analyze sales trends and category performance
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and inventory optimization
- Create weekly and monthly sales reports
- Monitor top-selling products, margins, and customer buying patterns
E-Commerce & Digital Operations
- Manage online menu and product listings
- Update website content and promotions
- Upload and optimize product images
- Assist with SEO and local marketing initiatives
- Support digital advertising and social media campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cannabis retail experience
- Current CanSell certification
- Strong cannabis product knowledge across flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, and edibles
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data analysis
- Experience with website management, Shopify, WordPress, Blaze eCom, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset

- Experience creating promotional campaigns
- Experience using Airtable, Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools

Work Location: In Person – Guelph, ON
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
