Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the standards of our establishment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations, both over the phone and in person
- Manage guest requests promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in bilingual or multilingual communication is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including phone etiquette and phone systems
