Corpell’s Water & Ice is a home, office, and retail bottled water and ice delivery business. We operate a water and ice production facility using our exclusive ten step water purification process at our plant and retail store on Pembina Highway.
JOB SUMMARY
This position is for delivering bottled water and bagged ice and other items to residential, commercial, and retail customers in Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba. The route delivery driver will be responsible for digitally invoicing customers correctly, working along with dispatchers, accounting, and management to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The selected candidate will report to the Dispatch coordinator.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Safe and efficient transportation and delivery of customer products and services, which at times may be physically demanding.
- Representing Corpell’s Water & Ice as the face of the business by maintaining a high level of professionalism and creating a positive customer experience.
- Communicate with office staff and customers to ensure efficient scheduling.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lifting, pushing, and pulling weights of fifty (50) pounds or more;
- Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning while lifting weights of less than fifty (50) pounds;
- Requirements:
- Class 5 non-probationary driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- High school or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service experience
- Delivery Driving experience required
- Customer Service experience required
