Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to oversee and coordinate landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, along with proven supervisory skills. This role involves leading a team of landscape technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and efficient project execution. The Landscape Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of outdoor spaces for our clients.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of landscape maintenance and construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Plan and coordinate landscape projects
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members to foster a productive work environment
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental guidelines
- Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of landscape appearance and health
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising landscape or horticultural teams with strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of landscape construction practices
- Min. 2 years landscape construction experience
- Ability to manage the project while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for coordinating team activities and liaising with clients
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Relevant certifications or training in horticulture, landscaping, or related fields are a plus
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
