What You’ll Do:
- Perform high-quality service, maintenance, and installation of refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and repair efficiently and professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Keep your work van organized and well-stocked
- Represent the company with professionalism, safety, and pride
What We’re Looking For:
- Journeyman Refrigeration Technician certification (or equivalent)
- Gas B ticket -Not required but considered an asset
- Strong technical skills and troubleshooting ability
- A team-first attitude with leadership potential
