Store Manager – Bell Store | Brampton

We're looking for a Store Manager for our Brampton location. Someone who leads by example, develops talent, and isn't satisfied with good when great is possible.
Your role
You'll own the full store experience — from results to team culture.
- Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance
- Drive sales and hit targets — then set new ones
- Monitor results and take decisive corrective action
- Hire, coach, and develop your team to their full potential
- Deliver a customer experience worth coming back for
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
- Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising
- Maintain store presentation and safety standards
