Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to help grow our network of builders, contractors, renovation companies, and other industry partners.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and cold call builders, contractors, renovation companies, and developers
- Generate and qualify leads
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Present our products and services professionally
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture long-term partnerships
- Help expand Granite Nation’s presence throughout Calgary and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent customer service
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Earn 5%–7% commission on every signed contract
- Unlimited earning potential
- Higher commissions may be considered for top performers

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or construction-related industries is an asset
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Organized and able to manage leads independently
- Familiarity with Calgary’s construction and renovation market is a strong advantage
Preferred Background
Experience in any of the following is beneficial:
- Countertops and stone products
- Construction or home renovation
- Builder and contractor sales
- Real estate development
- Customer Service (2 Years)
