About the Opportunity
An established and high-performing real estate organization is seeking an experienced, licensed real estate professional to join its leadership team.
This is a full-time, in-office position focused on coaching, training, recruiting, and supporting agents while helping oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing real estate business. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys developing people, implementing systems, and driving team success rather than focusing solely on personal sales.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Agent Development
- Lead onboarding and training for new team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance support.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings.
- Promote CRM adoption, lead management, and accountability.
Operations & Team Support
- Help oversee daily operations and workflow.
- Monitor CRM activity to ensure lead follow-up and accountability.
- Track key performance metrics and team goals.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and business development activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, efficiency, and overall team performance.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Recruit, interview, and onboard licensed real estate professionals.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment events and information sessions.

Qualifications
- Valid real estate licence (Broker or Salesperson).
- Experience in real estate
- Strong leadership, coaching, recruiting, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience supporting, managing, or developing agents is considered a strong asset.
- Experience using a CRM platform is an asset.
- Must be available to work in-office Monday–Friday 9am-5pm.
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
