What This Role Actually Is
You will be the face of Qterra in the field, attending pre-booked meetings with property investors, closing them on our leasing services, and owning the relationship from handshake to signed contract.
We handle the marketing, tenant screening, showing bookings, paperwork, and admin work. Your job is to close and build and nurture the relationship.
- Attend pre-booked investor and landlord meetings
- Close landlords on Qterra's leasing and maintenance services
- Oversee the leasing process and hold and nurture the client relationship
Qterra is Drive results- Our target is to have properties rented within 20 days as the standard

Presentable and professional — you're meeting investors, not filling out forms
High common sense & intuition. You read people, rooms, and situations fast.
Career-minded. You want to grow inside a company that's growing fast.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Customer service or sales experience is an asset — not a requirement. We care more about your attitude and your ceiling than your resume.
What You'll Earn - It's Up to You
This role provides a minimal base salary and is heavily commission/bonus focused. Again... this role is not for everybody.
$60,000 – $100,000+ annually (base + commission)
