Operating out of a spacious 90,000+ square foot manufacturing facility located in Fort MacLeod, AB, just 25 minutes west of Lethbridge, AB, we take pride in delivering high-quality solutions year-round.

Role: Mechanic Helper
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Mechanic Helper to join our team. As a Mechanic Helper, you will provide essential support to our experienced mechanics by assisting with the maintenance and repair of the heavy machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics with the inspection, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Prepare tools, parts, and materials required for repairs and maintenance tasks.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment and work areas.

Assist with disassembling and reassembling mechanical components and systems.

Follow safety protocols and assist with ensuring a safe working environment.

Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient and safe task completion.
Key Requirements:

Prior experience in performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks required.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from experienced mechanics.

Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and mechanical systems.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols.

Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment and tools as required.

Willingness to work with and around heavy machinery.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Please note: You must have CSA approved work boots, as they are REQUIRED while on the manufacturing floor
