```Job Overview```
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and attention to detail.
```Duties```
- Irrigate lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas to ensure proper hydration of plants
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
- Use power tools and hand tools to maintain the grounds
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall aesthetic
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of walkways, parking lots, and other common areas
- Possibly assist with snow removal during winter months
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
