iHear Unicare has a need for one full-time and one part-time Front Desk Client Care Coordinator in our Capilano Mall office. Occasional duties will also be required at other Health Professional offices including a St Albert office in the Edmonton area.
Work experience in retail or related field is an asset. This is an entry-level position where training is provided. The position involves multi-faceted office tasks, and requires the successful candidate(s) to be quick learners, have energetic and outgoing personalities, have exceptional aptitude to work with senior clients, and have exceptional telephone etiquette. Reliable transportation is required to work on-site in the Capilano Mall office or iHear Unicare St. Albert office, with possible occasional assignments in other iHear Unicare offices in the Edmonton Area.
Remuneration is competitive including a base wage plus commission.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Welcoming clients to the office, with a genuine caring attitude,
- Answering telephone calls in a timely and friendly manner, with telephone etiquette being a must,
- Conducting all assigned duties with absolute professionalism,
- Booking appointments for new and existing clients,
- Confirming and arranging follow-up appointments,
- Retrieving and preparing client files before appointments,
- Engaging in invoicing, updating inventory, keeping track of payments,
- Coordinating repairs and device replacements for clients,
- Other office-related and client-related duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Effective professional communication skills are essential for this position,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social Media.
- The successful candidate should have a reliable vehicle for travel to the assigned office to work.
