Job Overview: Lead Technician
Location: Caledon Cell (Main store) – with possible travel to other locations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Technician to join our team at Caledon Cell. Your main job will be to repair cell phones and laptops, train new staff, and help manage technical work at other store locations, depending on your skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair smartphones, tablets, and laptops (hardware and software issues)
- Diagnose problems quickly and suggest the best repair solutions
- Keep repair tools and workspace clean and organized
- Train and support new technicians and junior staff
- Help maintain high repair standards across all locations
- Travel to other store locations as needed for support and training
- Stay updated on the latest devices and repair techniques
Requirements:
- Experience repairing phones and laptops (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willing to travel occasionally to other store locations
- Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented
Bonus Skills (Not required but nice to have):
- Experience with unlocking, data recovery, or board-level repairs
- Previous experience in training staff
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
