What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a positive service experience from arrival to delivery
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Provide maintenance and repair recommendations based on vehicle history and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Prepare and explain repair orders, estimates, timelines, and completed work
- Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow within the service department
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive service advising, parts, or dealership experience is considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a high-volume service environment
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong customer communication
- Valid driver’s license required
- PBS experience is considered an asset
Compensation
Expected earnings: $65,000–$80,000+ per year depending on experience and performance.
