Rock Bound Painting is growing, and we're looking for experienced exterior painters who wants to take ownership of projects, work outdoors, and help build something great.

What You'll Do
- Paint and stain exterior residential and light commercial projects
- Perform exterior prep work including scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming
- Safely work from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work platforms when required
- Review job scope and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment
- Walk through projects with clients and set clear expectations
- Keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Send daily updates to clients and the owner outlining progress and next steps
- Complete final walkthroughs, touch-ups, and site cleanup to ensure a five-star experience
