Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within various systems to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, proficiency with office software, and experience working with databases. Duties
- Inputting data into company databases with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Managing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Collecting, verifying, and updating data from various sources
- Performing data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating data collection activities
- Ensuring data integrity by regularly reviewing entries for errors or inconsistencies
- Supporting administrative functions such as document filing, record keeping, and report generation
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background preferred
- Familiarity with databases and Microsoft Excel required
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and filing systems highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience in data collection or related roles is a plus

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
