Position Title: Bookbindery Machine Operator
Location: Winnipeg, MB

We are seeking experienced Bookbindery Machine Operators to join a production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating a variety of bindery and finishing equipment in a fast-paced print production environment.
- Operate guillotine paper cutters, trimmers, and paper punching machines (manual and automated)
- Set up and run binding machines for production jobs
- Ensure accuracy and quality of finished printed materials
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing printed materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Previous experience in bookbindery, print shop, or similar production environment preferred
- Hands-on experience with cutting, trimming, punching, and binding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
