Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments across diverse age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, utilizing expertise in acute care, pain management, and home care.
- Manage medication administration and monitor treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient encounters accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner.
- Collect and analyze patient data to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling tailored to individual patient needs.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Stay updated with current medical research and best practices to enhance patient care quality.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including medical terminology standards and documentation protocols.
Experience
- Prior hospital experience is highly desirable, especially in acute care settings.
- Proven experience in research or clinical studies related to family medicine is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in medical office operations, including data collection and documentation.
- Experience with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is preferred.
- Background in pediatrics, pain management, or home care enhances candidacy.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures.
- Previous roles involving patient care across diverse populations are advantageous.
