Expect a lean, action-focused culture where results matter, autonomy is earned, and great ideas come from anyone.
Job Overview
As UGC/Creator Partnerships Coordinator at Chin Mounts, you'll build and run our external creator program—sourcing riders, athletes, and influencers, seeding them product, and turning their content into a steady stream of UGC and affiliate-driven sales. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a program from scratch and be rewarded directly for how much it grows.
Why We're Hiring for the Role
Our in-house content team can only produce so much volume on its own. A network of external creators and affiliates can multiply our content output and reach audiences we can't access directly—but that only works with someone dedicated to sourcing the right partners, managing the relationships, and keeping the program organized. Right now, that opportunity is sitting untapped.
Tour of Duty Objective: The objective for this role over the next 12 months is to build a creator/affiliate program from the ground up—recruiting a roster of riders and athletes, establishing repeatable seeding and outreach processes, and turning the program into a measurable driver of GMV growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Sourcing & Recruitment
How we currently do it: We have no formal outreach process today—creator relationships happen informally and inconsistently. We need someone who can build a real pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit riders, athletes, and influencers in motorcycle, motocross, and mountain biking
- Build and manage a growing roster of active creators and affiliates
- Run outreach campaigns to keep the recruitment pipeline full
- Vet creators for audience fit, engagement quality, and brand alignment
Program Management & Seeding
How we currently do it: Product seeding happens ad hoc with no tracking of what's sent, to whom, or what came back from it.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product seeding—what's sent, to whom, and what's expected in return
- Track deliverables and follow up to make sure content actually gets made
- Build and maintain a library of incoming creator content for the marketing team
- Keep the program organized as it scales past a handful of creators
Contracts & Usage Rights
How we currently do it: Terms with creators are informal and inconsistent.
Responsibilities:
- Set clear terms with creators covering deliverables, timelines, and compensation
- Secure usage rights for all creator content used in ads and organic posts
- Keep contracts and agreements organized and up to date
- Flag and resolve any rights or compliance issues before content goes live
Performance & Optimization
How we currently do it: There's currently no way to tell which creators or partnerships are actually driving results.
Responsibilities:
- Track creator/affiliate performance—content output, engagement, and sales impact
- Double down on top-performing creators and phase out ones that aren't delivering
- Report on program growth and GMV impact
- Continuously test new outreach and incentive approaches to grow the roster
Collaboration
How we currently do it: This role will work closely with the Content Creator and Video Editor to make sure external content strengthens in-house production.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Content Creator and Video Editor on content gaps to fill externally
- Share top creator content with the marketing team for ads and organic use
- Represent the brand in all creator communications
- Bring back trends and ideas from the creator network to inform brand content
Experience & Qualifications
Need to Have:
- Experience in influencer/creator marketing, affiliate programs, or partnerships
- Strong outreach and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable negotiating terms and managing contracts/usage rights
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a growing roster of creators
- A bias toward action and ownership. This program exists on a small scale, you're building it up
- Genuine interest in motorcycle, mountain bike, motocross, or action sports culture
Nice to Have:
- Existing relationships in the motorcycle, motocross, or mountain biking community
- Experience with affiliate platforms or influencer management tools
- Background in eCommerce or DTC brands
Compensation
This role includes a base salary plus an uncapped performance bonus tied to the growth of the creator/affiliate program you build—the more it grows, the more you earn. Exact bonus structure and terms are outlined at offer stage.
