What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and execute menu items to Glasshouse standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep and daily kitchen operations
- Work closely with the chef team to deliver a great guest experience
