We are a local National Insurance Company, seeking an experienced Associate Insurance Advisor who has excellent customer service standards. You will be a key player in supporting the agency operations. This position will require a positive and professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Using your knowledge and previous experience you will be required to identify our clients needs and tailor policies to fit them.
Products Responsible for:
- Home/Tenant/Condominium/Residential/Seasonal Insurance
- Auto Insurance
- Travel Insurance
- Opportunities for further licensing and training
Responsibilities:
Sales and Service of Insurance products, including New Business/Renewal Business/Changes or Additions to policies and continuous review of their existing policies to identify any further needs with the ability to cross/upsell when they are identified.
Qualifications:
- General Licensed Insurance Level 1 required
- Previous Experience in the Insurance Industry
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and Verbal)
- Organizational Skills and be able to Multitask
- Computer Skills/Various Insurance Programs
- Ability to learn and adjust to the ongoing changes in the office and Industry
- Problem solving and Decisions Making
