Warehouse Worker / Logistics Associate

This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday, with Friday shifts required as needed based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate product records.
Receiving Shipments: Unload, inspect, verify, and properly store incoming goods.
Shipping & Logistics Duties: Coordinate daily warehouse activities, assist with shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and support the efficient movement of materials.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards before they leave the warehouse.
Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized and clean work environment while supporting daily warehouse processes.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Computer Skills: Use warehouse management software and systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Valid AZ or DZ driver's license required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full training will be provided on all aspects of warehouse operations, including hands-on instruction with our inventory systems, shipping procedures, and workplace safety practices.
