Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service
- Ensure to comply with all Transportation and OH&S regulations as well as Fleet policies on maintenance, driver logs and inspections. Adhere to Commercial Driver expectations and policies at all times.
- Load bulk fuel onto trucks.
- Unload bulk fuel at customer yards and tanks.
- Understand and follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure the safe handling of all bulk fuel products, and the reporting of all incidents related to bulk fuel deliveries.
- Assist with truck maintenance as required.
- Follow Safe Driving policies and procedures regarding the proper operation and safe handling of the fuel truck.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products; complete fuel inventory management activities such as daily fuel reconciliations, fuel variance investigation.
- Perform on other duties if required
Required Qualifications:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Clean Class 3 with Q endorsement
- Driver’s abstract
- Capable of physical labor, including lifting items up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Capable of working at heights.
- Self-motivated
- Computer experience an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
