We are looking for a dedicated Relief Pharmacist to join our team in Chilliwack, BC. This contract role offers full-time hours in a patient-centered and collaborative setting, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and dispense prescriptions according to provincial and federal regulations
- Provide comprehensive guidance to patients on specialty medications, including administration and potential adverse effects
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient care
- Support daily operations, including stock control and documentation
Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in BC
- Prior experience in a specialty pharmacy or handling specialty medications is preferred
- Strong clinical skills and a sharp focus on detail
- Superb communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset
