MacDonald Buick GMC Cadillac is expanding again! We’re seeking energetic Service BDC Representatives to join our growing team. This role is key to driving appointments, customer engagement, and overall dealership success.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound and outbound service leads
- Schedule appointments for service departments
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email
- Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Sales, service, or call-centre experience an asset
- Goal-driven, organized, and customer-focused
- Comfortable with CRM systems and technology
- Bilingual or Multilingual considered an asset
