Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Labourer to join our growing team. This role involves working across both our maintenance and construction divisions, assisting with a variety of landscaping tasks while delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, clean-ups)
- Assist with landscape construction projects (hardscaping, turf installation, planting, irrigation, etc.)
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Drive company vehicles and assist with truck & trailer operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain a high level of detail and care, constantly thinking like the client and anticipating needs
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience with truck and trailer operation preferred
- Previous landscaping experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and client-focused mindset
- Physically capable of performing outdoor labour in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
