The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. Duties include sales and customer service, staff management, merchandising, inventory control, purchasing/ordering, executing promotions for maximum return, theft prevention, facility maintenance and health & safety awareness.
- Reports directly to the Dealer-Owners
- Must be available to work retail hours including days, evenings and weekends. Store hours are 8-8 Monday-Friday, 9-6 Saturday, 10-5 Sunday.
- Applicants must have minimum 5 years retail experience, including some hardware retail experience and 2 years retail supervisor/management experience; excellent math and computer skills; an ability to lead and work in a team atmosphere; excellent Customer Service skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Hardware Retail: 5 years (required)
- Retail Management: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
