Roberts Energy Services is currently seeking a TH-60 Pre-Drill Operator to join our team based out of Red Deer, Alberta. This role is vital to supporting our pre-drill operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of TH-60 Drill Rig to complete pre-drilling services
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment in line with our preventative maintenance program
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and procedures
- Support general site duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid and clean Class 3 driver’s licence
- Experience in rigging and operating equipment such as skid steers
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to comply with company Drug and Alcohol testing policies
Certifications (considered an asset but not required):
- H2S Alive
- Ground Disturbance Level II
- First Aid Certification

- Shift work may be required depending on project needs
- Out-of-town travel is required
