Towtal Roadside Solutions is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our team in our Heavy Division.
This is not just a driving position. We are looking for someone who understands the full scope of heavy recovery — from scene management and technical rigging to accurate billing and customer communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience operating a Heavy Tow Trucks
- Proven heavy recovery experience (rollovers, tractor-trailers, load shifts, off-road recovery, etc.)
- Strong understanding of:
- Scene safety & traffic control
- Rigging & load calculations
- Recovery planning and execution
- Job documentation & detailed billing
- Ability to manage high-pressure scenes professionally
- Clean CVOR & driver’s abstract
- DZ or AZ license required
Responsibilities:
- Operate Heavy Duty Tow Truck for heavy recoveries and commercial towing
- Lead recovery scenes and coordinate with police, fire, and highway services
- Properly document recoveries for billing and insurance
- Ensure safe and professional operations at all times
