Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our busy and patient-focused clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, organized, and motivated individual who enjoys helping others and working in a professional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care and treatment preparation.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with IPAC standards.
- Accurately obtain and maintain patient histories and medical records.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and manage patient bookings.
- Perform reception and administrative duties, including billing and insurance documentation.
- Support in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
- Clinical or healthcare experience preferred; podiatry experience is an asset.
- Experience with patient care, scheduling, appointment booking, and general administrative duties.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity working with various healthcare systems, such as TRACKER.
- IPAC reprocessing, CPR, and Health & Safety training are assets.
