Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing financial records, supporting daily administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, proficiency with accounting and office software, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure smooth operations within our office environment.
Duties
- Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Payroll and Benefits Administration- Ceridian
- Handle front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and managing appointments
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and document proofreading
- Assist with customer service inquiries via phone or email, ensuring professional phone etiquette and customer support standards
- Support office operations by performing clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Ensure the office remains organized and efficient through effective time management and organizational skills
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Ceridian
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous administrative experience in an office setting is required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record keeping
