Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Dental Technician/CAD Designer to join our dynamic dental laboratory team. This role involves creating precise dental restorations and prosthetics using advanced CAD technology, ensuring high-quality results for our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental laboratory procedures, proficiency with CAD software, and a solid understanding of dental anatomy and terminology. Additionally some analog laboratory workflow will be needed. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in dental care.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop dental restorations, crowns, bridges, and other prosthetics using CAD software
- Fabricate dental appliances with precision, adhering to specifications provided by dentists
- Collaborate with dental professionals to interpret digital impressions and clinical data
- Maintain detailed records of designs and fabrication processes for quality assurance
- Operate laboratory equipment and tools necessary for the production of dental devices
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety protocols, and patient confidentiality
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of CAD equipment to ensure optimal performance
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software specific to dental applications (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape)
- Experience working in a dental laboratory or related environment is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and laboratory procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health
- Previous experience in a dental office setting or as a dental assistant is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
