Position Summary:
We need a Job Site Lead with strong leadership and communication skills to manage residential and commercial painting crews. This hands-on role involves supervising teams, client relations, and ensuring quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage painting crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients and send project updates via email
- Teach and mentor painters to improve skills and efficiency
- Ensure all painting work meets company standards for quality and safety
- Carry and manage painting equipment and materials on site
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of residential painting experience
- Comfortable working on ladders up to 32 ft (occasional use of 40 ft ladders and lifts)
- Strong leadership and ability to train others
- Excellent communication skills, including email proficiency
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
- Availability for some weekend work and occasional late shifts
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with spray finishes (HVLP or airless)
- Drywall or plaster repair skills
- Operation of lifts (boom or scissor)
- Knowledge of Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams paint products
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage: $27–$32/hr based on experience and performance
- Performance bonuses available
