Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, polisihed and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills in both French & English, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in financial, medical or dental office settings is a plus, but not required. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
- Schedule & Coordinate calendars for boardroom bookings & office space alike.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, shared electronic systems such as TEAMS or specialized software
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper-based
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence & actively play a role in assisting Branch Staff on a daily basis.
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic bookkeeping and record keeping for billing or payments
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a financial, medical or dental office setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry applications
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Prior experience with front desk operations, and administrative support is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
