Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic space for guests or residents. This role is essential in providing exceptional hospitality and custodial services, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients. Prior experience in cleaning, hotel experience or industrial companies is an advantage but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidates.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean carpets to maintain a pristine environment
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to ensure hygiene and safety
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled
Experience
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts
