Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit. Previous restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support the kitchen staff
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Must have Smart Serve certificate.
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and hygiene practices
- Ability to serve efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and hospitality best practices
