In this role, you'll be the face of our store, helping create a positive and seamless shopping experience for every customer.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Creating sales orders from emails, phone calls, and walk in customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Keep the sales floor and customer service areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Help stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory.
- Work with your team to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
- Stay up to date on our store policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Take on additional tasks as needed, supporting the store manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative team player!
