Role Overview:
The Creative Director owns the entire outcome of a creators account. You decide: what we talk about, how we talk about it, why it will work.
Your job is to take what a creator is naturally good at and combine it with what the market already wants. You must understand human attention, universal themes, and demand so you can turn raw ideas into content people actually want to watch. You manage the people and the output. That means working with creators (who are often emotional, busy, and under pressure) and guiding the media team (editors, designers, videographers, account managers) so everyone moves in the same direction. You define the biggest constraints, solve them, and keep the pipeline clean.
You are responsible for one thing: Growth.
If the account grows, its because of you. If it doesnt, you figure out why and fix it.
Core Responsibilities:
- Client communication: Keep creators aligned, clear, and confident. Turn their ideas and strengths into content that wins.
- Social media growth: Build content systems that consistently drive views, followers, and demand. Identify whats working, why its working, and how to make it work better.
- Manage the media team: Direct editors, designers, videographers, and account managers. Set clear expectations. Give feedback that actually improves output. Make sure deadlines are hit.
- Solve growth plateaus: When views stall or followers stop increasing, you diagnose the cause and create a new strategy. No guessing. Only data and patterns.
- Creative & strategic direction: Own the angle, the message, the storytelling, and the positioning. Make sure every piece of content has a reason to exist.
Required Skills:
- Social media growth experience. You know how to take an account from low views consistent traction breakout results.
- Editing knowledge. You dont need to be the best editor in the room, but you must know what makes a strong edit and how to direct one.
