Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and organizing tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks such as mixing materials or assembling equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on-site by removing debris and ensuring walkways are clear
- Operate basic equipment under supervision, such as forklifts or hand tools, following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is advantageous for transportation needs
