We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cook to join our culinary team. The Lead Cook will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety, and leading a team of cooks in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This position requires a passion for cooking, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest food safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing food and beverage inventory
- Seeking ways to improve operations & processes
- Maintain standards for kitchen cleanliness & ensuring consistency of cleaning schedules
- Tracking food waste
- Prep and set up of workstations and equipment
- Cook breakfast and lunch dishes with various utensils and cooking equipment
- Ensure all food/other items are properly stored
Skill Sets Required:
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- Strong understanding of culinary procedures & standards
- Ability to work independently & as a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome immediate issues.
- Knowledge needed for organizing and planning staff, inventory & costs.
