We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop customized treatment plans
- Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to target specific muscle groups and alleviate pain
- Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health, and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care when necessary
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to hygiene protocols and safety guidelines
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to continually enhance your skills
- Availability for WEEKENDS and some weekday morning/evenings combination, as we are open 7 days a week.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a focus on patient service and assessment
- Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients
- Familiarity with anatomy knowledge and physiology principles that underpin effective treatment approaches
- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or equivalent licensure in accordance with local regulations
- Collaboration with Physiotherapist, Chiropractor and Doctors.

- Competitive Split (60-65%) (depending upon experience)

- Able to start immediately or upon date of agreement.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
