We are looking for candidates to fill either part time or full time positions in front of the house.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently. We also expect that you:
- Provide assistance with food & beverage orders for customers or wholesale accounts
- Learn the ins & outs of our products from a cappuccino to a pain au chocolat
- Have the willingness to learn about our handmade baked goods
- Manage your time & tasks appropriately
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing all front of house work areas throughout your shift including regular washroom checks
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed
- Regularly washing used dishware in between helping customers
- Ability or willingness to make specialty coffees from Americano to Caramel Macchiato
- Handling cash drawer & debit machine
- Packaging products in a timely manner
