We are a growing digital marketing and AI automation agency based in Abbotsford, helping businesses improve their online presence, generate leads, and grow through marketing, websites, advertising, and automation solutions.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping businesses find the right marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business leads in local and surrounding markets
- Contact prospects through cold calling, email, and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and consultations for our sales/strategy team
- Visit local businesses in person when required to introduce our services
- Maintain lead records, follow-up notes, and communication updates
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Work closely with the internal marketing team to understand our services and client needs
- Meet monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence in cold calling and speaking with business owners
- Ability to research businesses and identify opportunities
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn about digital marketing, SEO, websites, Google Ads, social media, and AI automation
- Comfortable with in-person visits when needed
- Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience is an asset, but not required

Schedule
This is a full-time position based in Abbotsford. The candidate must be able to work from our office and be available for local business visits when required.
Pay: $35,000.00-$70,267.66 per year
