As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role will support our operations across our Port Moody and North Vancouver locations and play a key role in shaping the future of the NOVA brand. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service execution
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop management and front-of-house teams
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members
- Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and professionally resolve guest concerns
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, service, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with culinary and bar leadership teams
- Monitor labour, inventory, sales performance, and operational efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor regulations, and company policies
- Oversee POS systems, cash handling, reporting, and operational procedures
- Support menu launches, special events, and promotional initiatives
- Continuously improve service standards, systems, and overall restaurant performance
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of senior restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service excellence
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant reporting
- Knowledge of food safety standards, liquor regulations, and labour management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Wine, cocktail, and premium dining knowledge is an asset
- Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Passion for hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence
- Experience in upscale casual, premium casual, hotels, or high-volume dining is strongly preferred
Compensation
$60,000–$70,000 annually
Salary is based on experience and qualifications. We are prepared to offer a competitive package for the right candidate.
