As a Pub Line Cook, you are a key part of keeping service moving efficiently during busy periods while maintaining consistency, quality, and teamwork. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume kitchen, enjoys fast-paced service, and takes pride in executing dishes accurately and efficiently.
A day in the life

Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Manage station setup, organization, stocking, and cleanliness throughout service
- Maintain strong awareness of ticket flow, timing, and kitchen coordination
- Support teammates and contribute to smooth kitchen operations during high-volume periods
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures consistently
- Assist with prep, setup, and closing duties
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented kitchen environment
What you'll bring to the team

Previous kitchen experience preferred
- High-volume kitchen experience considered an asset
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
- Strong multitasking and station management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to remain organized and focused during busy service periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
