Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregiver to provide attentive support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. This role involves living on-site to offer consistent, personalized care, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, responsible, and experienced in caregiving, with a strong focus on enhancing quality of life for those they serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences
- Monitor health status and communicate any concerns to family members or healthcare professionals
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Manage medication schedules as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Support children’s development through engaging educational activities if applicable
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Background in caregiving, early childhood education, or teaching is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with special needs or developmental challenges is a plus
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
- Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities responsibly and independently
- Flexibility to live on-site and adapt to the needs of the individual receiving care
- Reliable transportation or the ability to commute as needed for additional duties or appointments

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
