Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Training and Development Coordinator to elevate our organizational learning initiatives. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive training programs that empower employees and foster continuous growth. Duties
Work with store teams to ensure all stores have an appropriate number of team members; supervisors, management team members, key holders and supervisors at all times.
Work with store managers to develop, train and support team members to ensure all areas of the stores are assigned to a department supervisor at all times
Develop, implement and maintain training programs, policies and procedures throughout Len’s Mill Stores, including;
· Standardized Cashier/Front End Manuals
· Standardized Fabric Cutting Manuals
· Standardized General Employee Policy Manuals
· Employee Training Program
· Assistant Manager / Manager Training Program
· Positive Customer Experience specific program, whether manual, online or app based
· Promote awareness & involvement in our emphasis on Positive Customer Experience
· Significant portion of all of the above must be Positive Customer Experience Driven
· Work with managers and sales associates to ensure compliance of all training policies and procedures at store level, especially as it applies to the Positive Customer Experience.
· Regular and timely correspondence with all parties involved to ensure all programs are running effectively and all policies adhered to.
Monitoring Industry trends and adjusting programs accordingly.

Pay: $41,000.00-$62,400.00 per year
