What You'll Do
As a member of our front desk team, you'll be one of the first faces our members see each day. Your goal is to make every visit a great one.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Checking members in and assisting with memberships, account questions, and general inquiries.
- Providing tours for prospective members and answering questions about our facility.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and day-to-day front desk communication.
- Resolving member concerns with professionalism and care.
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the club.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring common areas remain presentable.
- Supporting the team with daily operations and special projects as needed.
- Creating a positive experience that keeps members coming back.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Fitness industry experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
